Secondary orbital implantation is the procedure of choice in sockets with volume deficiency and adequate lining, if no implant had been primarily positioned at the time of enucleation or evisceration surgery. Objective is to assess patient satisfaction and surgical outcomes in a series of anophthalmic patients who underwent secondary ball implantation.
